Description: Attorney with a combination of significant experience in electronic discovery in civil litigation and regulatory matters and strong managerial skills. The Special Counsel - E-Discovery and Practice Support is responsible for advising the firm's litigators and other lawyers on electronic discovery requirements and issues, overseeing and managing the firm's practice support group in providing e-discovery and other practice support services for the firm and its clients, providing oversight and leadership to the Litigation Department with respect to e-discovery issues in case management, advocating for the increased and appropriate use of litigation technologies, introducing new technologies to the firm and training users in the specific applications.
